How it works
BrokenToFixed is a matching service. You tell us what needs fixing, and we pass it to a partner handyman, who quotes and does the job.
Step 1
Tell us the job
Through the form on any page: the job or jobs, a short description, the property type, the area, when you need it, and a phone or WhatsApp number. You don’t need photos to send it, but have some ready, as the handyman may ask.
Step 2
We pass it to a partner
The OurKampung team reads every enquiry, usually within one working day, and passes it to a partner handyman who takes on that kind of job. If something is unclear, we may contact you first.
Step 3
You get a quote
The handyman gets in touch to ask about the job and arrange a time. Small jobs can often be priced from a description and photos; others need a look first. The quote should say what’s included, such as parts and any return visit.
Step 4
It gets fixed
There’s no obligation to go ahead. If you do, you book with the handyman, who does the job and settles the bill with you.

- Try another partner if the first can’t take the job.
What the partner handyman does
- Contacts you about the job and arranges a time.
- Gives you its quote, from photos or after a look.
- Brings the tools and parts, and does the work.

Who does the work?
An independent partner handyman. BrokenToFixed is a matching service: we don’t send anyone to your home or office ourselves.
Why don’t you show prices?
Because a handyman job depends on what’s involved, the parts, the walls and fittings, and how many jobs are done in one visit. Rather than publish figures that might not match your job, we let the handyman quote once it knows what the job is.
Who do I pay?
The handyman, for the job it quoted and did. You book and settle the job with the handyman directly.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Tell the handyman first, since it did the work and is best placed to put it right.
What happens to my details?
They go to the OurKampung team, who pass them to the partner handyman who will quote you. They’re used only for your enquiry and aren’t sold. The privacy policy has the details.
